Project-ID propose tree modules to help you to realize your project.

The firts module consist in developing an architectural concept for your new place, based on your wishes and demands. This first mission starts with a meeting and a visit on site. The plans of the existing situation would be helpful. At the end a file with plans and perspectives will be produced and discussed with the best ideas and solutions for your project.

If you dont have any plans we can offer to realize a complete survey of your home. The price of this plan will be estimated depending on the type of intervention, the size and the complexity of the configuration.

The second module is to work out the established concept and to define the techniques, materials and finishing to obtain a coherent solution. The elaboration of an estimation of the cost of the project is also planned. This phase ends with the selection of one or several contractors which will realize the works.
The file of project contains more particularly a description of the works, a list of actions and the detailed estimation. The selection of materials and choice of products will be made according to your preferences.

The third module concerns the follow up of the works. This mission includes the supervision and daily coordination of the construction site with the workers, the necessary adjustments until the final reception.

Price: fixed price on half-day basis.
